About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Consultant to join our Customer Success team in Dublin. This role is focused on helping schools get the most from the Compass platform by delivering high-quality training and consultancy.
You’ll work closely with schools to ensure they feel confident using our system, delivering engaging training sessions across a range of formats including video calls, webinars, face-to-face sessions, and classroom-based training.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys public speaking, building relationships, and helping customers succeed, while working in a fast-growing EdTech company.
About the Team
You’ll be part of our Customer Success team, working alongside colleagues in onboarding, support, product, and business development. Together, we ensure schools receive a seamless experience from implementation, through to long-term success with Compass.
Collaboration is key in this role, and you’ll regularly work with internal teams to identify opportunities to support customers, improve training resources, and drive adoption of new features.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
Deliver Training & Consultancy -
- Deliver engaging training sessions to schools via video calls, webinars, and in-person sessions
- Build strong product knowledge across the Compass platform
- Help schools adopt new features and maximise the value of Compass
Develop Training Resources -
- Maintain and update training materials including guides, scripts, and videos
- Collaborate with the Product Team to create training content for new features
Customer Engagement -
- Build strong relationships with schools and provide an excellent customer experience
- Identify opportunities for schools to adopt additional Compass modules
- Encourage satisfied customers to refer Compass to peer schools
Operational Collaboration -
- Manage the training diary and schedule sessions for new and existing customers
- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to manage training capacity
- Partner with the Support Team to identify training opportunities for existing customers
- Support ad-hoc projects as required
