As a key member of our Leveraged Finance team, you'll play a pivotal role in financing corporates and financial sponsors, interacting with management teams at our clients and working with senior bankers.
Leveraged Finance comprises J.P. Morgan's leveraged loan and high yield bond product groups within the firm's Investment Banking Line of Business.
The debt capital markets are instrumental for our clients, and we work on refinancings, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and dividend recapitalizations, among other transactions.
Our transactions involve high-level interaction with senior bankers across product and industry groups as well as with executive management at our clients.
As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, you'll have experience developing strong relationships with corporates and financial sponsor clients and working across different industries and transaction types.

Job responsibilities
- Develop client relationships and originate new business opportunities
- Perform credit analysis and credit packaging
- Prepare offering and marketing materials for loans or high yield bonds
- Prepare and participate in pitches and other marketing activities
- Review and analyze financial models
- Execute end-to-end debt transactions
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Language skills: Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
- Relevant investment banking experience, ideally within Leveraged Finance, M&A/industry teams
- Proficient analytical and technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Highly motivated, adaptable, able to multi-task and manage project independently
- Comfort in and commitment to teamwork environment
- High level of attention to detail and time management
