JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Create and execute channel sales strategies, manage partner performance, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new ESG & Sustainability channel partners.
  • Formalize, manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners to maximize growth.
  • Facilitate training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to sell our products/services effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and support for channel partners.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on channel sales performance and market trends.
  • Stay up to date with ESG industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with channel partners in a timely and effective manner.
  • Participate in ESG Sustainability industry & partner events and trade shows to promote the company and its channel program.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the UL Solutions' ESG Sustainability products/services and their competitive advantages.
  • Call on executive-level prospects and present to ESG Sustainability C-Suite Clients
  • Network inside relevant vertical ESG Sustainability market and industry organizations to educate and expand opportunities


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
  • 5+ years experience managing channel partners with proven track record of growth
  • Deep knowledge and experience with ESG/Sustainability products/services within assigned partnerships
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze ESG Sustainability data
  • Ability to develop and implement ESG channel sale strategies
  • Ability to communicate UL Solutions' ESG Sustainability differentiators and to clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
  • Willingness to travel 50% as necessary


What we offer:
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $135,000. to $150,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
