We are looking for a Change Manager to join our customer's team in Dublin.

The Change Programme Manager is in charge of developing, implementing, and managing updates in the company to support major business changes and ensure smooth transitions. They will work closely with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, develop communication strategies, and drive adoption across teams. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Please note this role operates in a hybrid model with candidates expected to be able and willing to work from our customer's Dublin office at least once per week.

Key responsibilities & duties include:

  • Design and implement change communication plans
  • Create stakeholder collaboration and change readiness frameworks
  • Monitor and evaluate change effort efficiency
  • Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate potential resistance
  • Drive the change throughout the key areas of the business, identifying other applicable areas of the business

Required Skills, Technical Competencies & Qualifications:

  • A useful approach to change, willing to get into the detail as needed
  • Ability to build compelling communications for broad stakeholder groups
  • Robust conflict resolution and negotiation skills to maintain relationships with stakeholders and to influence at all levels of the organisation and drive to broad agreement on contentious issues.
  • Flexible and robust in a dynamic environment; able to work proficiently under strain and pivot as required by rapidly evolving circumstances.
  • Ability to bring occupied people on the change journey
  • Ownership of the change initiatives
  • Advanced change management methodology knowledge
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Proficiency in change management tools and frameworks
  • Advanced expressive intelligence
  • Project management expertise
  • You should be aware of a change management method like ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, or Prosci. You should also be skilled in using Microsoft Office, software for managing changes, and tools that help visualise and report data
  • Organisational network analysis techniques
  • Change Management certification preferred
  • 5+ years professional change management experience
  • Proven track record of successful large-scale change initiatives
