We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager to lead and manage organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and project management skills to drive successful transitions across the organization

 

What you'll be doing:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for specific projects or organizational-wide transformations.
  • Create detailed change management plans, including communication plans, training plans, and resistance management strategies.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Identify, analyze, and manage key stakeholders, ensuring their active engagement throughout the change process.
  • Draft and deliver clear, consistent, and compelling communications to all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to build buy-in and address concerns.

Training & Readiness:

  • Collaborate with HR and subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials.
  • Ensure employees are adequately prepared and have the necessary skills to operate in the new environment.
  • Monitor and track training effectiveness and adjust as needed.

Resistance Management & Support:

  • Proactively identify and address pockets of resistance to change.
  • Develop and implement a support structure for employees during the transition.
  • Coach and support leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams through change.

Measurement & Evaluation:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from employees to gauge adoption and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the progress and outcomes of change projects.

 

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years experience in a dedicated change management role, preferably in a fast-paced or complex organizational environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale organizational change projects (e.g., system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, process re-engineering).
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid project management skills and an understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with change management tools and software.
  • Certifications: PROSCI, CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), or other relevant change management certification is highly desirable.
