Job Description

The Change Management Consultant will support successful business change by assessing organisational readiness, planning change activities, and supporting the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. The role will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and end users to help prepare the organisation for change and support a smooth transition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business readiness plan that considers IT deployment, data migration, and capability deployment activities.
  • Assess business user readiness levels and identify gaps requiring timely resolution.
  • Create and implement action plans to address readiness gaps before changes go live.
  • Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Monitor and report on business readiness, training, and engagement activities.
  • Define and coordinate activities required to achieve stakeholder readiness and engagement before go-live.
  • Provide transition support and assist users in adapting to new digital processes and ways of working.
  • Support communication, training, and engagement activities throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of change management practices and approaches.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience in strategic planning and business readiness assessment.
  • Well-developed organisational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing change initiatives.
  • Ability to identify readiness gaps and develop action plans.
  • Experience monitoring, reporting, and managing operational metrics.
  • Experience coordinating training and engagement activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and business stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting digital transformation programmes.
  • Experience working on large-scale technology implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience supporting data migration or business process change initiatives.
