dunnhumby is looking for a talented Campaign Management Associate
You will ensure that all program information is reviewed for completion and accuracy, bespoke campaigns and events are managed effectively during the entire process, and that these campaigns are error-free and released on time.
What you'll be doing:

  • Co-ordinates all areas of one-to-one campaigns while working effectively with Media Planning, Creative, Analysis and Production to ensure campaign work continues without pause or delay.
  • Activate online and in-store campaigns for assigned clients to a high standard.
  • Review all creative assets to ensure they are complete and accurate.
  • Communicate recommendations effectively to both internal and external clients.
  • Perform pre/post production QA of campaigns to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines as well error-free campaigns.
  • Reviews briefs from media planners from which a campaign can be executed, understanding all the details, and ensuring they are accurately followed throughout the campaign cycle.
  • Successfully prioritise tasks by urgency/importance and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) proficiently.
  • Stay current with industry trends and dunnhumby media offerings.
  • Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively demonstrate the dunnhumby values and behaviours.

  • Campaign/account management experience.
  • Preferred experience working within Grocery/FMCG industry.
