We are seeking a Business Systems/Solutions Analyst for our Revenue & Customer Systems Products, directly aligned with our Manager of Revenue & Customer Systems. This role partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Support and Operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, and an interest in learning complex systems and business processes through expert use & knowledge of the Salesforce platform and related systems. Essential Job Functions:

• Gather, document, and refine business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria

• Own and manage backlog items, ensuring readiness for sprint planning

• Partner with technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions

 • Support end-to-end delivery across the SDLC (intake → build → test → release)

• Support CPQ processes including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approvals

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quote accuracy, pricing logic, and commercial workflows

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in quote-to-cash processes across Salesforce, CPQ, and downstream systems

 • Assist in defining standardized processes across regions and business units

• Build strong relationships with Sales, Product, Finance Ops, and Customer teams

 • Facilitate working sessions to identify pain points and improvement opportunities

• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to both technical and business audiences

• Participate in demos and stakeholder reviews of delivered functionality

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement)

 • Support testing efforts (UAT coordination, defect tracking, validation)

• Remove blockers and ensure smooth team execution

• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role

 • Experience working within Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)

• Exposure to CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Apttus/Conga, etc.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience supporting CPQ implementations or enhancements; Salesforce admin/config experience

• Salesforce Certification (Admin or Business Analyst)

• Understanding of quote-to-cash, order management, or revenue processes

 • Experience working with integrated systems (e.g., ERP, billing platforms)

• Familiarity with project and documentation management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar

Education and Experience:

 • 2-4 years of experience; plus, Salesforce platform experience.

 • A proven track record in business analysis, product/project development in a scalable program.
