Roche Products (Ireland) Limited is the sales & marketing arm in Ireland of the pharmaceutical division of Roche. We market and sell prescription medicines across a range of therapeutic areas including oncology, neurology, ophthalmology, rheumatology and spinal muscular atrophy. This role is working within the Finance & Business Operations team which includes Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Business Support and Administration. The team provides support across the business and you will be working with multiple stakeholders. This 8 month contract role arises as the incumbent has been seconded to another role within the organisation.
In this role you require a broad set of skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, managing business relationships, managing a diverse workload and an ability to manage your time effectively. Comfortable working both as a part of a team as well as on your own initiative, you will have proven organisational capability & high levels of personal effectiveness. You will have strong intellectual, analytical and thinking skills, good commercial and business acumen and will be experienced working across the MS Windows and Google platforms. Previous experience using SAP would be an advantage.
What you could be working on:
You will act as an enabler within the affiliate carrying out a range of Finance & Business Operations activities, specifically Business Finance and Business Insights, working in a networked way to identify solutions that will help the business to drive towards delivering better outcomes. You work will include the following:
Validating employee expenses via Concur, both credit card and cash expenses – checking coding, mileage claims, etc.
Preparation of data on payments to HCPs & HCOs for external reporting in line with EFPIA requirements
Preparation and circulation of the Daily Sales Report
Support the Finance Enterprise Partners in tracking and monitoring the business
Work with the Finance Enterprise Partners to produce regular monthly product and market updates for all promoted products for circulation and presentation
Editing and amending POs as required
Maintaining pricing (standard and contracting) in SAP/Vistex
Maintaining background tables for SAP approvals
Preparation and submission of monthly Intrastat
Preparation & submission of quarterly Repak return and CSO returns
Completion of annual Form 46G to Revenue
COGS invoices & certification of entry
Liaising with Country Chief Accountant in the shared services centre on Finance related activities of the affiliate
Providing BIK info on mileage expenses to People & Culture
Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will likely have a relevant third level qualification ideally in Business/Economics/Analytics and relevant experience in a similar role. Ideally will be either qualified accounting technician or part-qualified accountant.

The role will be based in our office in Citywest in Dublin.
We are seeking a Business Support Partner to join our team on a Specified Purpose Contract of approximately 7 months in duration (till end of February 2027).
