The Business Readiness Manager plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and operational effectiveness of Disruption Management change initiatives. Combining project management and business readiness expertise, this role ensures the required capabilities, resources and processes are in place to achieve programme benefits.
Please note this role operates in a hybrid model with candidates expected to be able and willing to work from our customer's Dublin office at least 1-2 days per week.
Required skills:
- 5+ years experience in business readiness, change management or project management within a complex operational environment
- Experience defining business readiness strategies and supporting large-scale change initiatives
- Strong understanding of disruption management, operational resilience, and customer impact mitigation
- Experience in risk and issue management, with the ability to track and mitigate potential blockers
- Strong skills in Smartsheets, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Ability to work with technical teams, ensuring business needs are understood and met through effective solution delivery
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure successful Disruption Management roadmap execution
- Ensure capabilities, resources, and training are in place for operational changes
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams (internal and external) for smooth integration
- Maintain actions, risks, issues, and decisions for transparency and accountability
- Secure SMEs for Scenario Testing and E2E UAT to validate system readiness
- Assist in access provisioning (2FA, AD, SC) and Product Support Model setup
- Keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the process
- Provide regular reports in line with Service, Transformation, and OCC governance
Desirable skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field
- Project Management or Change Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is an advantage
- Experience in scenario testing, UAT processes, and access management models
