How you will contribute
You will:• Support in executing comprehensive management of the biggest World Travel Retail customer account Avolta (former Dufry), covering all facets of Sales Operations along with other 2 team members• Partner closely with Business Development managers to drive business growth.• Translate agreements into effective business plans, aligning with Mondelez policies.• Own and manage customer pricing within the database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Manage certain customer investments (trade deal) impacting the profit and loss statement.• Execute global in-store activations, coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of hostess arrangements, sampling initiatives, and promotional activities.• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other key departments (Finance, Category Marketing, Customer Marketing, Procurement, and Customer Service & Logistics) to meet company KPIs.• Manage various administrative tasks, including organizing promotional events, updating master data, invoice processing and database maintenance• Ensure strict compliance within your responsibility, adhering to company policies and regulations
This is a fixed term contract - 18 months.
