New!!! We are extending the EMEA Graduate Rotation Program to include Strategy/Business Operations ( covering Sales Strategy & Sales Programs) as part of our Rotations. This is a 12 month Programme for ambitious Graduates who would like to explore a role in Sales Strategy /Business Operations & Sales.
In the new program we will give graduates exposure to both sales development and sales strategy/business operations.
Having built the foundational skills and passed all required eligibility and readiness criteria, our graduates can then go on to pursue one of these two clear career paths. Our Top Graduates can potentially promote to the career path of their choice, (depending on business demand) by month 7 of the program.
Our graduate program is a fully immersive program combining comprehensive learning paths, in-role experience, customer interaction and mentorship from senior sales, strategy and business operations professionals.

What does our Extended Sales & Business Operations Graduate Program Look like
The Program is structured as follows:Introduction Month
During your first month you will have extensive onboarding enablement in a Salesforce-like academy, where you will:
  • Get immersed in the culture of salesforce and truly understand our values
  • Develop an understanding of our solutions, technologies and tools.
  • Learn critical professional skills for your career in salesforce
  • Structured learning calendar with sessions & hands-on workshops led by experts and program alumni
Rotations
During this Graduate Program you will have the opportunity to experience the Sales Graduate Path while also building the fundamental skills of Sales Strategy and Business Operations. You will spend 60% of your time immersed in the role, you will have clear tasks, clear targets and you will align with key stakeholders and the other 40% of your time will be spent on role specific learning. You will be paired with mentors/buddies with experience in the path.
Sales/Sales Strategy and Business Operations Rotation 1 (October through to December)
You will join the first part of the Sales Graduate Path where you will get a full exposure of the entry level sales roles, while simultaneously learning the skills of sales strategy and business operations. As part of your immersion you will align closely to the Graduate Programme Leadership team as you get hands-on experience of how to operationalise a sales development organisation - from building key analytic tools, running campaigns, prepping stakeholder business overviews etc
Sales/Sales Strategy and Business Operations Rotation 2 ( January through to March) you will complete the Sales Graduate Path and will level up your sales strategy and business operations immersion to include projects for our EMEA SDR Team & UKI and CEMEA Business Development teams.Throughout the rotations there will be self paced certification and skills assessment. You will be required to meet all readiness eligibility criteria before you can Panel for Promotion.You will get paired with key stakeholders from across our Sales Strategy and Business Operations Team aswell as getting paired with mentors/buddies from all sales roles - SDR & BDR.

Map Your Future
With our Graduate Program you will have the choice of career paths
You can choose to take a Sales Strategy/ Business Operations path where after the Grad Program Rotations you can progress to a Business Operations Analyst within the Sales development organisations which can lead to future roles up the ladder of Strategy, Programs or Productivity for the Sales Organisation.
Alternatively you can choose to take a Sales Path where after your Grad Program Rotations you can progress to Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative and then into our Sales organisation as Account Executive, where you will position our solutions to potential customers. In some instances, this path may vary or be subject to change.
