The Program is structured as follows:Introduction Month
During your first month you will have extensive onboarding enablement in a Salesforce-like academy, where you will:
- Get immersed in the culture of salesforce and truly understand our values
- Develop an understanding of our solutions, technologies and tools.
- Learn critical professional skills for your career in salesforce
- Structured learning calendar with sessions & hands-on workshops led by experts and program alumni
You will join the first part of the Sales Graduate Path where you will get a full exposure of the entry level sales roles, while simultaneously learning the skills of sales strategy and business operations. As part of your immersion you will align closely to the Graduate Programme Leadership team as you get hands-on experience of how to operationalise a sales development organisation - from building key analytic tools, running campaigns, prepping stakeholder business overviews etc
