We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Business Intelligence Developer at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions to empower data-driven decision-making and drive business insights within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
What you will be doing
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design Tableau & CRM Analytics (Salesforce) data models and visualization solutions.
- Developing and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and Data Flows (Recipes) processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Creating interactive dashboards and reports to present insights and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to analyze commercial (Sales) & clinical trial data and identify trends and patterns.
- Providing support and training to end-users on BI tools and functionalities.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business intelligence development, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
