Business Development Representatives are responsible for generating customer base qualified leads and opportunities across France. As well as proactively build relationships with prospective customers and with internal stakeholders. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required, to kick-start your career.
You can become a qualified sales development professional or, in the space of a couple of years start considering a move into other departments including but not limited to: Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Operations, Professional Services, and more.

About You
Basic Qualifications
Fluency in English and French
1 years of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or internships.
Other Qualifications
Salesforce knowledge is a plus

candid communication & trust building: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
