About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development / Project Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying, researching and qualifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on market analysis, lead generation and strategic initiatives that strengthen our market presence.
You will play a key role in expanding the business pipeline by identifying high potential opportunities, delivering actionable insights and supporting the successful progression of deals through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate and qualify new leads into viable business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and conduct market research to identify potential business growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Acquisition team and cross-functional departments to leverage data driven insights during deal-making.
- Manage cross-departmental projects from planning through execution.
- Track, analyse and report on the performance of projects and strategic initiatives.
- Attend industry conferences and events to build new relationships and generate new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, project management or a hybrid role.
- Strong understanding of market research, analysis and partnership development.
- Experience managing cross-functional and cross-departmental projects.
- A proactive, self motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, engage and qualify new leads.
- Experience within digital media or other fast-paced industries.
- Proven ability to conduct market research, analyse trends and leverage insights.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a similar field (preferred).
