iKnowHow utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and handles end-to-end internal and external project development, from conception to completion. The second pillar of the group is our Robotics & Innovation division, which focuses on the design and production of customized robots.

iKnowHealth, part of iKnowHow Group, is a product-based company that has developed a software solution used in the medical sector, particularly for radiology diagnostic equipment.

Blend Technologies, part of iKnowHow Group, is a brand-new Technology and Innovation solutions company, which brings bespoke services and solutions to drive the new Industry 4.0 era and holds a profound comprehension of the technologies shaping the future, Cloud, Cyber Security and AI.

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager with solid working experience to work in our new challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with new enterprise-level clients to generate sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Requirements
  • Previous experience in enterprise sales or B2B sales role
  • Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level sales processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of technology solutions and their business applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
