We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our company's growth strategy, developing and implementing innovative prospecting techniques while fostering a high-performing team culture. 

What will the role be about  

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and generating leads. 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets. 

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction. 

  • Negotiate and close deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. 

  • Present company products and services to prospective clients, showcasing their value and addressing their needs. 

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly. 

  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals to internal stakeholders and executives. 

Who are we looking for (must have / nice to have)  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus) 

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the industry. 

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and market research tools. 

  • Fluency in English and other languages such as French is a plus. 

  • Valid Driving License is essential.
