We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our company's growth strategy, developing and implementing innovative prospecting techniques while fostering a high-performing team culture.
What will the role be about

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and generating leads.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.

Negotiate and close deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Present company products and services to prospective clients, showcasing their value and addressing their needs.

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly.

Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals to internal stakeholders and executives.
Who are we looking for (must have / nice to have)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the industry.

Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and market research tools.

Fluency in English and other languages such as French is a plus.

Valid Driving License is essential.
