We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong foundation in the crypto industry and a knack for driving collaboration across teams. Do you have a passion for building relationships, a deep understanding of non-custodial crypto solutions, and a talent for leveraging data to influence product decisions? 👉 What will your duties be?

  • Partner Engagement: Lead meetings (virtual and IRL) with new partners to source, gather, and consolidate essential information and data, building constructive and actionable insights

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure successful collaboration and long-term value

  • Data-Driven Influence: Analyze data insights to build compelling business cases for new product features and improvements

  • Market Research: Conduct continuous market research to stay ahead of trends across all product lines, ensuring alignment with user needs and industry advancements

💪 What makes you the perfect candidate?

  • Experience: +/- 3 years in the crypto space, preferably with professional experience in the industry

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with product, legal, compliance, marketing, and external partners

  • Technical Insight: Familiarity with Trezor wallets or similar non-custodial solutions, with hands-on experience in DeFi. Strong knowledge of Bitcoin and broader crypto ecosystems

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment

  • Nice to have:

    • A strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and Dapps and passion for crypto adoption and advancing non-custodial solutions

    • Understanding and up to date knowledge of the global regulatory frameworks of the crypto industry and its challenges

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an aptitude for influencing stakeholders at all levels

    • Business level of English & +1 extra language preferable
