Uni Systems is at the forefront of digital transformation and is seeking a highly skilled Business Application Consultant (Healthcare) to strengthen our dynamic team in the UniQue Public Sector & Software Products division.

What will you bring to the team?

As a Business Application Consultant focused on Healthcare, you will leverage your expertise to ensure that our healthcare solutions meet the diverse needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for healthcare software applications.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system, email, or phone.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or Microsoft Teams meetings to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software-related issues, ensuring system functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Develop user manuals, documentation, and training materials to support end users.
  • Assist in the delivery of user training sessions and provide ongoing technical guidance.
  • Perform software testing to verify functionality, quality, and compliance with requirements.

RequirementsWhat do you need to succeed in this position?

To excel in the Business Application Consultant (Healthcare) role, we expect you to possess:

  • A University/College degree in a relevant Technical or Healthcare field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client support for software solutions, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly demanding environment
  • Previous experience in the healthcare domain and familiarity with the Greek healthcare system will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Hospital Information System software will be considered an asset
  • Understanding of SQL and relational databases will be considered a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of the Greek and English language.
