This Role

ATC seeks an enthusiastic Business Application Graduate to support with improvement, standardisation, digitisation, and automation projects. The role involves collaborating with departments to foster continuous improvement, innovation, and digitisation, support with enhancing the IT infrastructure and training programs, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

You will work with internal teams to support the effective use, quality, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s business applications and systems. The role will focus on supporting system users, maintaining accurate and reliable data, and producing clear documentation to ensure systems and processes are used consistently across the business.

The role supports the organisation’s digital and IT strategy, including the ongoing improvement, standardisation, and optimisation of business systems, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics and the Microsoft Power Platform. The graduate will gain hands-on experience supporting Dynamics applications, assisting with Power Platform solutions, and contributing to system enhancements, data quality initiatives, and change activities, while helping to embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Contract Type: 12-month fixed term contract.

Location: Baldonnell, Dublin 22

Responsibilities
  • Support system users by responding to queries, issues, and requests related to business applications.
  • Assist with day-to-day system administration tasks and escalate issues where required.
  • Support data cleansing activities to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Assist with identifying and resolving data quality issues, including duplicates and incomplete data.
  • Create, update, and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Support the standardisation of system processes and ways of working across the business.
  • Assist with system changes, updates, and enhancements, including user communications and guidance.
  • Support change management and adoption of business systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to systems, data, and processes.
  • Support ad-hoc projects aligned with the organisation’s digital and systems strategy.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Systems/Process Engineering, Business Science or any related field
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Suit
  • Able to complete projects independently
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience or interest in innovation, CSR, and training
  • The graduate’s technical skills and innovative mindset will be instrumental in achieving these goals, supporting ATC's commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery
