As a Business Application Consultant, you'll document client requirements, install software solutions, conduct testing, and provide ongoing support.

Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation! For the Business Application Consultant position we expect you to:
- Document the clients' requirements in a comprehensive way, in order to provide solution that fulfills their needs
- Install and troubleshoot software solutions
- Conduct software testing
- Communicate with clients over phone, emails or personal meetings
- Create training materials
- Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops based on clients' needs
- Provide continuous support on software solutions
- Create technical documentation on project's deliverables
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to:
- University/College degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business Administration
- Knowledge of Financial ERP software will be considered an asset
- 0-2 years of experience in client support for software solutions
- Knowledge and experience in database implementation MS SQL Server will be considered a plus
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Availability/flexibility for travelling in Greece
- Driving license
- Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
