Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify problems and develop effective problem-solving strategies and innovation opportunities
  • Gather and analyse business requirements
  • Develop business cases and ROI models
  • Track trends and scout emerging technologies
  • Document user stories and business requirements
  • Assist organisations in identifying costs/benefits of ICT and Digital Projects
  • Coordinate and manage planning activities
  • Engage with stakeholders to define and agree on business and technical requirements
  • Estimate effort/duration for assessing business requirements
  • Support the Department in forming the strategic direction of its Digital Transformation Programme
  • Prepare system documentation, communication, and training materials for stakeholders
  • Apply problem and incident management processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in Applications Development Lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in business analysis or innovation strategy
  • Familiarity with agile and product development
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills in English (presenting, documenting, workshopping)
  • Proven interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Experience of Application Lifecycle Management in Power Platform
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Team Lead, and Scrum Master in ICT projects
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Technical proficiency with software lifecycle, Azure, and Power Platform components
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps (TFS)
  • Proven effective communication in English (IET or equivalent)
