What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes. Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive).
- Utilize your process improvement and system implementation skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects that impact the results of the company.
- Collaborate across workstreams to implement data standards and process improvements leveraging digital solutions.
- Develop user stories to document business requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, and support technology deployments.
- Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures.
- Assist in triaging production issues involved with Connected Incentives inquiries / issues
- Assist in developing training material, documentation, timelines, etc.

Additional Description
Yours Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in business, process transformation, consulting, project management or related
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Operational Excellence, Design Thinking, and other structured methodologies to implement process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results
- Detail oriented, with strong business acumen, and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project results
- Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques
- Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications): .
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT or related field
- The ability to be a change agent, using influence, education and persuasion to build relationships and gain support for difficult changes.
- Report out on process transformation performance to manager on a regular basis.
- Knowledge of dealer processes and incentives
- Experience with Jira or SAP
- Travel 15-25% of the time to dealers
