Job Description
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain & Operations team, based in Ireland. This role reports into the Supply Chain Manager and plays a key role in enabling smart, data-led decisions across our Irish operations.
You’ll work with a broad range of stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, define and implement new processes, and support decision-making through meaningful insights. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape the future of our supply chain as we expand into Ireland – solving problems, reducing cost, and driving operational performance through data, tooling and collaboration.
This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week), working on a shift basis across both weekdays and weekends. We’re looking for candidates who are happy to include weekends as part of their regular working pattern.
Core Responsbilities:
- Analyse supply chain and operations data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Collaborate across Technology, Operations and other teams to deliver impactful projects
- Support process improvements within the Irish supply chain and factory operations
- Build low-code tools to optimise planning and reporting
- Partner with key stakeholders including Bond Freeze and internal teams to align on goals
- Contribute to the development of our supply chain strategy in Ireland
- Champion the use of data and automation to streamline workflows
- Provide insight and input on cross-functional projects and initiatives
Who You Are:
- Strong analytical skillset, including advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
- Structured problem-solver with a curious and proactive mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Collaborative and open to learning from others
- Capable of leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with tools such as D365, PowerBI and DBT is an advantage
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-growing environment
- Passionate about driving continuous improvement
- Detail-focused, with the ability to deliver accurate and reliable outputs
- Comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities
