Location: London, Leeds, Dublin

Reports to: Senior Product Manager

About the Role

You will be the analytical backbone of the Marketing Ecosystem team—working across orchestration, segmentation, customer profile data, content delivery, and partner integrations.
Your core responsibility is to understand business and marketing needs and translate them into precise, structured requirements that enable engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, data-driven marketing capabilities.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, data, CRM, partnerships, and compliance to ensure every solution is clearly defined, feasible, and aligned to business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Requirements & Analysis:
  • Analyse marketing, data, and commercial needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Document business processes, system workflows, and data flows across the Marketing Ecosystem.
  • Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting specifications.
  • Validate requirements with stakeholders and engineering before development begins.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Lead requirements workshops with marketing, data, engineering, CRM, compliance, and partner teams.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clarifications during design and development.
  • Communicate requirement changes, scope decisions, and progress clearly and consistently.
  • Marketing Ecosystem Focus Areas:
  • Support orchestration improvements across segmentation, triggers, decisioning, and channel execution.
  • Map and refine data flows powering personalised content, emails, banners, promos, and partner audiences.
  • Assist in defining interoperability requirements for APIs, customer profile data, and content systems.
  • Work with CRM and engineering to ensure campaign tools have accurate, timely data.
  • Delivery Support:
  • Support backlog refinement by ensuring requirements are clear, prioritised, and technically feasible.
  • Participate in all relevant Agile ceremonies.
  • Support UAT planning, test case definition, and validation of delivered features.
  • Track post-release issues, benefits, and operational readiness activities.
  • Governance & Quality:
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and responsible‑gaming standards.
  • Identify dependencies and risks across systems and teams.
  • Support documentation across the product and data landscape.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in MarTech, AdTech, CRM, or data ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of marketing orchestration, segmentation, and personalisation workflows.
  • Ability to document complex systems clearly: process maps, sequence diagrams, data flows.
  • Experience writing high-quality requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams with clear communication.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices, Jira, Confluence, and structured documentation.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, data models, and integration concepts (no coding required).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CDPs, identity management, or campaign management tools.
  • Experience in large-scale B2C environments.
  • Exposure to A/B testing, analytics, or experimentation frameworks.
