Three Rock Capital Management (TRCM) is the proprietary Fund Management Company for Julius Baer Group, the largest Swiss private bank. Dublin based TRCM holds UCITS and AIFMD licences from the Central Bank of Ireland and manages two Irish ICAV and two Luxembourg SICAV fund umbrellas containing a range of liquid and illiquid funds. As the business acquires greater scale via a large transformation initiative, we are seeking to hire a Business Analyst to work in the TRCM Operations team.YOUR CHALLENGE- Maintain responsibility for the day-to-day operational risk management oversight of the UCITS and AIF funds currently managed by TRCM, ensuring adherence to CP-86 and equivalent regulations
- Monitor the performance of the delegates in the areas of administration, depositary and investment management, in line with the monitoring framework, ensuring issues are escalated to the Board and resolved in a timely manner
- Assist the COO with reporting to the Board to ensure that the Directors can fulfil their fiduciary obligations and to highlight any issues that may require consideration by the Board.
- Lead the onboarding of new funds and investment managers by participating in onboarding calls with the Administrator and carrying out appropriate initial and ongoing fund set-up tasks and procedures.
- Lead in initial and ongoing due diligence reviews of the delegates
- Utilise automation and technology where possible to achieve operational efficiency gains.
- Maintain policies and procedures related to operational and fund risk management, and ensuring that they remain up to date and in line with emerging regulatory developments
- Play an active role in all business initiatives, including the growth plans of the business.
- Lead the onboarding of Private Label Funds
- Lead any business projects, particularly in relation to new regulatory obligations.
- Support the wider Three Rock team when required.
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and relevant qualifications
- Significant operational experience (ideally a minimum of 5 years) in a fund management environment, preferably a management company. Strong product knowledge is also essential.
- A strong working knowledge of CP86 and UCITS / AIFMD regulations
- Strong MS Office skills - in particular, Excel
- Very good interpersonal skills

- Commitment, dedication and ability to maintain both a positive attitude and high level of performance on high demand & time-sensitive initiatives
- Highly detail-oriented self-starter and team player, with the ability to maintain accuracy and effectiveness while working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment

- Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills and ability to work on large initiatives
