This role involves handling a variety of personnel and business-related administrative duties, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver secretarial and administrative tasks for the management and employees of the company;
- Provide administrative support to one of the Delivery Departments of the company;
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms;
- Manage the daily agenda of a Delivery Department (meetings, monitoring of contract implementation, production of documents, correspondence, invoices, travel plan, etc.);
- Planning and monitoring of shipments using courier services;
- Keep records, file documents, ensure communication with other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration studies or equivalent;
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral;
- Good Knowledge of French, German, or other European languages will be appreciated;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel), use of the Internet and social media;
- Experience between 3-5 years in a relevant position will be appreciated.
