Job Title: Brand and Customer Manager

Location: Dublin

Introduction to Role:

To support the development, implementation, and execution of the brand strategy in the Irish market.  The Brand & Customer Manager will collaborate with key internal stakeholders including the sales team, medical team, IBEX, diagnostics team, market access team and franchise manager to implement brand strategy plan and deliver on sales targets. This hybrid role will involve a significant level of customer engagement nurturing the growth of key relationships for the successful implementation of the brand strategy and partnerships. Deliverables include brand strategy plan, market Insights, sales targets, key account planning, brand forecasting (revenue and spend), key marketing campaign materials. 

Accountabilities:

  • Tactical delivery, localisation, and execution of the marketing plan across various channels 
  • Manage brand sales forecast and annual brand marketing budget 
  • Drives the creation of content to deliver an engaging brand experience across channels.  
  • Manage external vendors (including creative agencies, market research agencies, meeting partners) 
  • Manage the promotional asset approval process with cross-functional partners. 
  • Use insights and performance data to ensure effective tactical execution - including account planning, targeting and segmentation. 
  • Effective promotion to senior/influential customers within a defined set of key accounts through enhanced key account management working 
  • External engagement with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers (including consultants, specialist registrars, specialist nurses and pharmacists) to understand account needs. 
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and maximize the value of each key account. 

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Degree qualified – scientific, marketing, business. 
  • Strong commercial pharmaceutical experience with a strong performance track record  
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment. 
  • Strong sales and/ or marketing leadership with a successful track record of growing market share  
  • Success working as part of cross-functional teams with great communication skills 

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in the oncology– including knowledge of the healthcare environment. 
  • Creative omnichannel  marketing capabilities together with rigorous commercial business sense   
  • Experience in launching new medicines. 
  • Experience in managing Key Customer Relationships
