The Brand & Events Executive will support the CarTrawler Marketing team during a maternity cover period, focusing on delivering the CarTrawler Connect26 flagship conference, managing external events and sponsorships, and driving the company’s social media presence.
This role requires a hands-on marketer with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do as a Brand & Events Executive:
- Event & Sponsorship Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Connect26, including planning, logistics, branding, delegate experience, and vendor management.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align event messaging and content.
- Manage agencies, suppliers and venues to deliver best-in-class experiences on time and on budget.
- Support other external events, sponsorships and executive networking dinners as required.
- Social Media & Content
- Manage CarTrawler’s content calendar — plan, draft and schedule posts aligned to business priorities and brand tone.
- Support campaign activations across digital and events, working closely with the Marketing Communications Manager.
- Monitor engagement and report on performance metrics.
- Brand & Marketing Support
- Champion brand consistency across all collateral and communication.
- Maintain and communicate brand guidelines and resources internally.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing & Commercial team to ensure a unified, omni-channel brand approach.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 2+years’ experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field, with the ability to support the planning and delivery of corporate events or conferences.
- Ability to support the planning and delivery of corporate events or conferences
- Strong project-coordination skills with great attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with or enthusiasm for social media management, especially LinkedIn.
- Comfort working with multiple teams and stakeholders, or evidence that you can build this skill.
- A full, clean driving licence
