Job Description

We’re looking for an Ireland Brand & Comms Manager to join our growing Ireland Marketing team. Reporting into the Ireland Marketing Lead, with a dotted line into the UK Brand team, this role will help shape how Gousto shows up in the Irish market through impactful campaigns, local brand storytelling and integrated marketing activity.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build broad brand and communications experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work across a variety of campaigns and channels, partnering with local and central teams, agencies and external partners to deliver activity that drives awareness, engagement and commercial impact. You’ll have the opportunity to test new ideas, adapt campaigns using performance insight, and help strengthen Gousto’s brand presence in Ireland.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of integrated brand campaigns across TV, digital, PR, partnerships and social channels
  • Work closely with the UK Brand team and external agencies to adapt campaigns for the Irish market and ensure activity lands effectively with local audiences
  • Help shape in-market messaging and communications, using customer insight and performance data to strengthen brand positioning
  • Coordinate partnerships, influencer and PR activity to support campaign objectives and increase brand awareness
  • Manage campaign timelines, creative delivery and channel coordination to ensure activity is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Monitor campaign and brand performance, identifying opportunities to optimise activity and improve results
  • Take a hands-on approach to creative adaptation, briefing updates and campaign execution across multiple channels
  • Lead and influence relationships across marketing, creative, performance and commercial teams to drive alignment and effective delivery
  • Support go-to-market planning for key campaigns, launches and seasonal activity across Ireland
  • Contribute ideas for new campaigns, partnerships and brand opportunities that help drive growth and customer engagement

Who You Are

  • You have experience working in a fast-paced marketing, brand or communications environment
  • You have a strong understanding of brand, media, content and campaign activity across multiple marketing channels
  • You enjoy bringing campaigns to life and are comfortable managing activity from briefing through to execution
  • You can use customer insight, performance data and market trends to inform decisions and improve campaign effectiveness
  • You are confident working with agencies, creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • You are organised and able to manage multiple priorities, timelines and projects simultaneously
  • You bring a collaborative approach and enjoy building positive working relationships across teams
  • You are curious, proactive and motivated to test new ideas and identify opportunities for improvement
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your style for different audiences and stakeholders
  • You thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and enjoy balancing creativity with commercial impact
