Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
As the Brand and Activation manager you will be responsible for creating and curating content optimised in store and digital, driving engagement, ensuring consistency with our brand identity, while pushing the boundaries creatively.

  • Creative lead across all digital touch points: social media, email, website
  • Developing and defining KIND’s visual and verbal identity across digital channels
  • Lead and execute the kindness activation through-the-line: collaborating across brand, field, customer, finance, supply, and agency partners with a focus on delivering key metrics  
  • Work closely with category, customer marketing, NAMs, and MW to create kindness through-the-line customer centric plans activation plans using various marketing tactics.
  • Lead annual planning of key sampling activations (indirect / direct) and partnerships; lead the sampling strategy and execution for Ireland.
  • Lead analysis of key metrics and evaluate progress and learnings to optimize sampling initiatives
  • Recruit and manage KIND Brand Ambassadors for in-store demos, proximity sampling, and consumer events; partner with fields sales team to execute in-store with excellence

  • 2+ years professional experience in marketing
  • Experience in social media marketing and community management
  • Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (at all levels)
  • Experience in marketing, advertising
