Design and implement complex Power BI dashboards and Looker reports, develop BigQuery/GCP-backed ETL and data models, ensure code quality and security, conduct code reviews and mentorship, coordinate cross-functional BI implementations, align technical solutions with business requirements, and share knowledge through training and documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and implement complex PBI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Develop and optimize Looker reports and data models.
- Utilize Google BigQuery and other GCP services for backend development, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with quality standards (code quality, security, performance).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to enhance technical skills.
- Coordinate with backend and frontend BI developers during solution implementation.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Communicate technical aspects clearly to stakeholders and customers.
- Stay updated on BI trends and emerging technologies.
- Share knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Looker, and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).
- Experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of data warehousing principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
- Familiarity with other BI tools and advanced analytics is a plus.
- Experience with data governance and compliance standards is a plus.
