Job Description:

The Total Rewards Benefits and Leave Manager oversees the global administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of benefits and leave programs in EMEA and APAC. This role ensures that all total rewards, benefits and leave programs are executed in alignment with company strategy, local and international regulations, and best practices and delivering a seamless and compliant team member experience. The role is responsible for interpreting and executing total rewards, benefits and leave policies and procedures, providing timely resolution to team member queries and concerns, facilitating total rewards and benefits onboarding and offboarding activities, HRIS maintenance and data integrity, compliance tracking and benefits and leave administration.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the global administration and governance of all benefits and leave programs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategy.

  • Provide timely and accurate resolution to queries from team members across total rewards, benefits and leave functions, including benefits and perks, payroll related to total rewards and benefits, time off and leave processes, policies and compliance

  • Interpret, develop, and implement benefits and leave policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex team member queries related to benefits and leave, providing guidance and resolution in collaboration with HR Business Partners, legal and external vendors.

  • Oversee total rewards and benefits onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring accurate communication, documentation, and system integration.

  • Manage HRIS data integrity for global benefits and leave, driving process optimization, automation, and reporting accuracy.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and internal governance standards.

  • Monitor market trends and recommend enhancements to benefits and leave programs to support team member engagement, retention, and overall well-being.

  • Enhance and maintain tools and resources (e.g., SOPs, job aids, FAQs) to facilitate process integrity and self-service capabilities.

  • Develop and lead team member communications for total rewards, benefits, and leave programs, crafting clear, engaging, and accessible materials that drive understanding and participation.

  • Assist with ad-hoc global projects and other tasks as necessary, in support of People team strategic initiatives, to help the organization scale and achieve business results

  • Provides People Operations support on an as-needed basis.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with genuine desire to provide a positive internal customer experience

  • Proven commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding sensitive team member issues and information

  • Knowledge of and experience supporting total rewards, benefits and leave requirements and compliance in EMEA and APAC

  • Ability to manage time, multitask, embrace change, and (re)prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Comfort with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate data

  • Comfort with data reporting, plus unwavering attention to detail

  • Comfort working with team members across the globe

  • Experience with Google Applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • HRIS (particularly Workday) experience is a plus

  • Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Requires 4 years of professional experience in total rewards, benefits, and leave administration, including policy implementation and compliance management.

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 50 km of our Dublin office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.
