customer and employee experiences and achieve growth targets. The Business Development Representative
Manager sets the strategic direction for the sales team. They contribute to functional and business strategies,
execute plans, and provide leadership to multiple teams.
 

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business development initiatives

  • Leading and managing a team of business development representatives to achieve sales targets

  • Identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the business

  • Analyzing sales data and trends to optimize business development strategies

  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Providing guidance and support to the business development team to ensure their professional

  • growth and success
