We are looking for an Automation Engineer for our Marketing Operations to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.

The Automation Engineer will have the opportunity to develop and translate business requirements into engineered, automated solutions and contribute to innovative projects and process improvements. We offer access to best-in-class technologies and professionals in a team that has high aspirations and a proven ability to execute. This role will report directly to the Sr. Solutions Architect.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing technology, product and engineering to deliver scalable solutions
  • Serve as the day-to-day primary point of contact between cross-functional teams, managing relationships, answering and/or addressing requirements clarification questions as needed
  • You'll be responsible for ensuring that development efforts are accurate, timely, and consistent. This includes addressing any blockers and escalating risks and issues as needed.
  • Lead regular check-ins with key stakeholders to continuously set expectations about project development timelines, identify at-risk dates, and devise risk mitigation tactics
  • Troubleshoot data and campaign issues by conducting root cause analyses, defining improvement recommendations, and resolving escalations
  • Identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve existing processes or automate processes to improve and increase the team's ability to deliver marketing campaigns efficiently
  • Stay up to date with developing marketing systems ecosystems and other system best practices to drive continuous improvement

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing automation and CRM (Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Engineering-oriented focus with ability to quickly become confident and competent in low-code software solutions. Understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
  • Ability to translate and communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical, business terms for various stakeholders
  • Understand high-level platform capabilities to compare with stakeholder requirements and make suitable recommendations.
  • Passionate about marketing technology and supporting data-driven marketing & innovation
  • Hands-on problem solver with a proven technical background in identifying and solving sophisticated business problems
  • Be able to work independently and have attention to detail, manage your own time and deadlines
  • Strong project management skills and expertise in designing and implementing process improvement

Tech Stack: Marketo (MAP), Workato (IPaaS), Salesforce.com (CRM), Google Analytics, Google Tag, Manager, OneTrust, Zoominfo, 6sense, Zoom, Jira, Brandmaker, REST API and more
