How you’ll make a difference 

• Active participation in business and strategic planning activities
• Lead the delivery of projects and the development of leading-edge technical skills
• Mentor team members in their development, facilitate opportunities that build competency, and assisting with professional accreditation where appropriate.
• Undertake design management roles for multidisciplinary projects

• HV substation design experience including IEC61850 configuration
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-discipline projects
• Mentoring team members in their development, facilitating opportunities that build competency
• Optimism for what’s possible, with the ability to lead through ambiguity
