Job Description
Associate Transaction Manager, Capital Markets
Dublin, Ireland,
Full-time, Hybrid
Your main daily tasks will be the following:

  • Direct cooperation and communication with clients and potential clients
  • Assuming responsibility for the ongoing support of client companies in the field of capital markets, primarily in terms of corporate law, as part of the services to be provided by CSC
  • Taking over the internal "onboarding" of clients (compliance/KYC)
  • Drafting, negotiating, and adapting service agreements between the client and the company
  • Establishment and administration of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and assumption of administration and other back-office requirements, support of the accounting team/tax advisor in accounting matters
  • Preparation, review as well as adaptation of mainly corporate and contractual documents
  • Assuming responsibility for communication with the company's customers, the authorities, law firms, tax advisors, auditors and other third parties
  • Independent external representation vis-à-vis clients and on behalf of the Company
  • Supporting the management as well as the Executive Director in legal matters related to the clients
  • Participation in appropriate events, congresses, seminars, active involvement in the development and marketing, in each case in consultation with management


What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Ideally have experience in Ireland, especially in Capital Markets
  • Have a real passion for what you do and why you do it
  • Want to succeed, grow, be challenged and challenge others
  • Be driven, confident, flexible, and engaged
  • Hold a master's degree or professional studies in law
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Be (future) leaders/managers that can support, encourage, and develop more junior colleagues
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have proven experience in financial services, international law, tax or trust environment.
