Job Summary:
The Associate, Leadership Recruiter will be responsible for research, sourcing and recruitment efforts across multiple groups within Technology Organization. Leadership recruitment falls at the Executive Director levels and will be a combination of in-depth external search coupled with internal mobility opportunities. In addition to working on approved, open requisitions, the incumbent will also be tasked with ongoing, opportunistic candidate engagement, development across different Line of Business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work independently with Line of Business to complete executive search assignments, developing candidate research by proactively conducting outreach to identify and qualify candidates
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies beyond standard expectations & historical execution
- Research and market mapping of both core and non-traditional competitors to identify and report on market trends, competitive intelligence, and proactive opportunities
- Organically grow and maintain an accessible network and pipeline of qualified, passive candidates - both internally and externally
- Ability to effectively and accurately assess talent to understand if / where candidates best fit within the organization
- Provide on-going outstanding candidate experience and service delivery
- Experience with navigating and negotiating complex compensation structures
- Provide a stable and resilient operations environment by ensuring solid focus around risks and controls
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- 6+ years of executive search experience required, including research and sourcing of passive candidates using multiple tools and experience managing multiple high level / complex searches at a time while delivering the highest level of service
- 3+ years of expertise within research and direct engagement of senior-level candidates at the Executive Director, Managing Director levels and/or industry equivalents
- Ability to develop and cultivate a pipeline of candidates under tight timelines, operating with a high sense of urgency, in an ever-changing environment
- Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with a customer obsessed mindset
- Possess strong analytical skills including attention to detail, high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams and levels
- Ability to execute various search methodologies & strategies, both independently or as a team player
- Innovative self-starter who can take a consultative approach with recruiters / clients, adapting to different work styles / personalities
