LearnUpon is looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days per week from our Dublin office.

Join our dynamic Marketing team at LearnUpon as an Associate Product Marketing Manager! You’ll play a key role in our Product Marketing Team, helping us drive business growth and market leadership in a competitive market. What will I be doing?

As an Associate Product Marketing Manager at LearnUpon, you'll have a hands-on role in shaping our marketing strategies. You'll dive deep into understanding our customers, market trends, and our products. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in the planning and execution of product and partner launches, ensuring alignment across teams and channels, and distilling key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages
  • Campaign Support: Work with the marketing team to support the execution of growth plans and campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and demand in target verticals
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and update sales enablement materials to help teams understand and communicate our product offerings and positioning
  • Customer and Market Insights: Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to support strategic decisions
  • Analyst Relations: Supporting our analyst relations program, engaging with industry analysts to share our vision, gather insights, and ensure our products are accurately represented
  • Awards and Recognition: Identifying and pursuing opportunities for industry awards to enhance LearnUpon's reputation and credibility

What skills do I need?  

If you have a persuasive communication style, outstanding business acumen, and a creative streak, this could be the perfect role for you! Additionally, we’re looking for someone who has:                                                                     

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, ideally in B2B software
  • A qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • A proven track record of executing data-driven marketing plans and strategies
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sensitivity to cross-cultural, cross-audience, multimedia, and data-driven communications
  • A strong process orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using marketing technology tools

What is the Hiring Process?

Applicants for the position can expect the following hiring process:

  • Qualified applicants will be invited to schedule a 30-minute call with our Head of Marketing
  • Successful candidates will then be invited to a series of practical interviews
  • Finally, candidates will have a short interview with our CFO
  • Successful candidates will be contacted with an offer to join our team
