Helps ensure fund governance activities meet regulatory expectations across relevant European and other international UCITS jurisdictions

Partners with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Operations, Risk, and Investments to help ensure requirements are interpreted consistently and implemented effectively. Helps ensure regulatory-driven fund changes are prioritised appropriately and delivered in a controlled and timely manner

  • Fund changes, amendments and structural evolution: leads research, analysis, coordination, and governance support for material fund changes, including benchmark changes, fee changes, investment objective updates, and structural amendments. Provides clear, balanced recommendations grounded in client outcomes, regulatory requirements, and commercial insight
