What You Will Get To Do:

We are looking for an Associate Director to join our Investor Services team based in our Central Dublin location. You will be joining a team which performs to an exceptional standard within the business. You will play pivotal role in shaping client strategy and operational excellence across Investor Services department. The scope of the role will include both a people management (4+ people) and client facing aspects, therefore this position would someone who has the experience and enthusiasm to upskill those they manage, alongside providing a premium services to clients.

Key Duties will include:

  • Provide strategic leadership for Investor Services operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
  • Drive client relationship management at executive level, serving as a primary point of escalation
  • Ensuring compliance with global regulatory frameworks
  • Be responsible for face to face meetings with the clients, either at service review meetings or at specific Investor Services focused meetings.
  • Lead service delivery transformation, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance client experience
  • To mentor and develop managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • To create, develop and maintain procedures to ensure an efficient and effective workflow while enabling an excellent service to all clients.
  • Cooperation with other departments to achieve common goals

What You Will Bring:

  • Extensive experience in Investor Services within funds industry ( preferably within hedge funds)
  • Proven track record of strategic leadership, managing large teams  and complex client portfolios
  • Deep understanding of fund structures, regulatory requirements and investor services operations (transaction processing, share register maintenance, investor and client reporting, Investor payments,  AML etc. )
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • An ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Superb people management skills with examples of leading a team that has improved over time.
  • Ideally educated to degree level qualification.
