Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Scope and design priority programs aligned with BSI Consulting and Program Management objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs driving commercial and operational excellence
- Collaborate across geographies to ensure program alignment with business goals and priorities
- Champion AI/GenAI adoption to enhance program delivery and problem-solving capabilities
- Strengthen team capabilities in consulting, program management, and commercial acumen
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across International to drive delivery excellence
- Partner with other BSI teams to support program execution and capability-building initiatives
- Coach and mentor consultants to foster growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Role model Novartis values and promote a unified, impact-driven team culture
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience managing full project lifecycles, from planning to execution
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries with consulting or program management background
- Proven ability to lead consulting teams and engage diverse stakeholders across matrixed organizations
- Strong track record applying consulting tools and AI/GenAI solutions to solve complex business challenges
- Demonstrated success in delivering global programs within commercial or pharma settings
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business administration, or economics
Desirable Requirements
- Master’s degree in a business-related field and relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Change Management)
- Experience with facilitation, coaching, design thinking, enterprise communications, or product/project management methodologies
