Responsibilities
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
- Communicate with suppliers, receive and process incoming invoices;
- Make GL account reconciliations on a monthly basis;
- Review and entry of employee expense reports;
- Liaise with various departments across the company to ensure timely and accurate gathering of all data required;
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- BA in Accounting or Finance;
- Up 2 of experience as an Associate Accountant;
- Excellent Knowledge of Ms Office (especially excel) and familiarity with ERP systems will be considered a plus;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with strong communication skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Ability to work well with deadlines and be dependable; and
- Very good knowledge of English.
