Job Description:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts/agreements/documents to make sure that it is in organization’s interest.
- Support in the preparation of other company related documentations.
- Hands on in maintaining the contract lifecycle management process over tools.
- Assistance in the Regulatory Compliance Assessment for the organization
- Daily tracking of regulatory changes and important developments
- Compilation of data and maintenance of trackers relating to legal and corporate secretarial processes.
- Preparing of periodic reporting including dashboard of legal and secretarial team's processes and initiatives.
- Record Management
- Collaboration with Cross functional teams
- Assist with functional budgeting and vendor management over tools.
- Support Ad hoc projects.
- Assist in the corporate secretarial matters.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A degree in law with 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in inhouse legal.
- Qualification as Associate Company Secretarial would be preferable.
- Relevant experience in profile of handling administrative work such as maintaining dashboards, reports, trackers etc. in services industry/ law firms (preferred).
- High competence in using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and MS Word.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and having a structured approach.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
