Responsibilities :

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a seasoned Application Support Analyst to lead production operations and service delivery for critical Finance and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) systems in a hybrid enterprise environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications across Windows, Linux (Solaris, RedHat), Mainframe, and Azure Cloud (IaaS) platforms. 

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT service delivery, SLA governance, compliance, and cross-functional leadership. The scope includes Treasury Applications, Oracle EBS GL, Vertex, XPRO – Oracle Cube, Mainframe Finance systems, Month-End Close processes, EFIW Warehouse, and ECS/ESS Reporting, with a focus on delivering secure, high-quality IT services aligned to business and audit requirements. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Production Operations & Application Management 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for Finance and CRE application portfolios, ensuring system availability, data integrity, and performance. 

  • Act as Production Gatekeeper for all changes, releases, and deployments, enforcing production readiness, compliance, and rollback plans. 

  • Ensure smooth execution of Month-End Close, batch schedules, reporting cycles, and reconciliations for critical financial systems. 

Incident, SLA & Vendor Management 

  • Lead incident and problem management for high-impact system issues, driving rapid root cause analysis and resolution. 

  • Define and monitor SLA/CPI/KPI metrics, ensuring both internal teams and external vendors meet or exceed contractual service levels. 

  • Manage escalations across multiple service providers, working closely with internal stakeholders to restore service and prevent recurrence. 

Technology Oversight & Governance 

  • Provide technical oversight across applications and infrastructure, including Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, Cognos, Mainframe, Java, Solaris, and Windows. 

  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and audit standards, supporting internal and external audits with thorough documentation and reporting. 

  • Maintain operational documentation, risk registers, and evidence of controls for audit and compliance purposes. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Process Improvement 

  • Collaborate with Finance, Real Estate, Risk, and Compliance teams to capture business needs and deliver enhancements that drive efficiency and transparency. 

  • Support reporting and analytics improvements across EFIW Warehouse, ECS/ESS, and other business intelligence platforms. 

  • Continuously identify and implement process optimizations, automation opportunities, and service improvements. 

Project & Change Readiness 

  • Ensure operational readiness and support for system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements. 

  • Utilize ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for change control, incident tracking, problem management, and reporting. 

  • Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for Finance and CRE applications. 

 

Qualifications & Expertise: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery, Application Support, or Production Operations, with a focus on Finance and Real Estate systems. 

  • In-depth knowledge of: 

  • Oracle EBS GL, Treasury Applications, Vertex, XPRO – Oracle Cube 

  • Mainframe Finance platforms, Month-End Close cycles 

  • EFIW Data Warehouse, ECS/ESS Reporting, Cognos 

  • Strong background in incident and change management, including root cause analysis and preventative action planning. 

  • Experience managing multi-vendor, global support models and leading cross-functional technical teams. 

  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks; ITIL certification is a plus. 

  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for managing tickets, change requests, and service reporting. 

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of delivering results in high-pressure, audit-driven environments. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements (SOX, internal controls, audit processes). 

  • Understanding of integration between financial systems and real estate platforms. 

  • Exposure to automation tools and monitoring solutions for proactive operations management.
