The Team:
Our team is responsible for building the new AI tools that will boost the Celonis’ Process Intelligence and Process Mining solution. Process Mining is the technology that allows businesses to capture user interaction (data), so they can analyze how people get work done, and how they can do it even better, but just imagine the possibilities if we add the use of AI. We own all the related components, e.g. the desktop client, the related backend services, the data processing capabilities, and Studio frontend applications.
The Role:
As a Frontend Engineer, you deliver beautiful and high-performant experiences to Celonis Platform users. You will be at the frontier of frontend development, pushing the boundaries of product, UX, and engineering to grow our Process Intelligence Platform with easy-to-use experiences quickly.

The work you’ll do:
Lead & implement large-scale and complex new features that can scale across the organization
Make architectural and initiative proposals on our platform and lead a team of engineers to the implementation
Recognize and take action to improve the developer work environment
Write clean, understandable, and testable code
Provide feedback on the designs and code of peers
Build, launch, and maintain features in production
Actively share knowledge with a cross-org impact
The qualifications you need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in frontend development
Familiar with Frontend reactive frameworks, such as Angular and its versions
Proven leadership experience in large and complex projects
Proven experience with assessing and enhancing performance of Large Scale Apps
Proven experience with architectural impact in Large Scale Apps
