As an Analytics Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of web analytics projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as platform team, AOR’s ,Media team, and business stakeholders, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality analytics solutions for their sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, web analytics, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage end-to-end analytics projects, including requirements gathering, project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

•Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

•Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project progress, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and management.

•Drive the creation and documentation of project requirements, including business and functional requirements, data requirements, and technical specifications.

•Conduct regular project status updates, providing detailed reports on project metrics, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success.

•Manage the implementation and rollout of web analytics solutions, working closely with IT Platform team to ensure optimal system performance and integration.

•Ensure adherence to project management best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

•Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in analytics and project management, recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Requirements

•Proven experience (minimum 10 years) as a Project Manager, preferably in the google analytics.

•Strong knowledge of analytics concepts, methodologies, and tools.

•Proficient in project management methodologies, such as Scrum, Agile or Waterfall, and utilizing project management tools.

•Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.

•Experience in working with various stakeholders, managing expectations, and delivery

•Proficient in using project management software and analytics tools (e.g., JIRA).
