As an Analyst III, Responsible Sourcing, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities to ensure YETI’s Supplier Code of Conduct and Human Rights Policy are upheld. You will be the main program point of contact with all factory partners, responsible for collaborating to maintain and improve worker wellbeing for all.
Responsibilities
· Serve as a subject matter expert on responsible, ethical, and sustainable sourcing.
· Lead human rights due diligence, supply chain mapping, and traceability projects.
· Ensure supplier implementation of responsible sourcing and sustainability obligations including but not limited to: Supplier Code of Conduct, Human Rights Policy and environmental commitments.
· Manage social compliance audit program including partnering with 3rd party auditors and Tier 1 and Tier 2 factories to schedule, track, and define and execute all associated Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
· Build effective relationships with in-region teams to solicit their commitment and support to drive improvements at partner factories (host monthly check in calls, troubleshoot factory challenges, facilitate communications between partners and auditors, etc.)
· Enhance documentation, organization, and overall process definition for responsible sourcing, connecting dots between manual internal and hybrid external platforms.
· Measure, track, and report on program KPIs and risks through spreadsheets, dashboards, scorecards, and slides. Identify trends and anomalies and make recommendations to address accordingly.
· Develop and conduct training on the ground with suppliers and internal teams on compliance standards and best practices.
· Partner closely with sourcing to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing performance and growth discussions.
· Answer program disclosure and reporting requests from retail partners, customers, and stakeholders, as required.
· Maintain credentials and renewal of YETI memberships, licenses, and accreditations such as Fair Labor Association (FLA) and Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC).
· Maintain pulse on industry and regional best practices, trends, emerging issues, regulation, etc.
· Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Credentials
· 4-6 years of experience preferably in sourcing, social compliance, or sustainability roles.
· Background in compliance audits, local labor regulations, consumer goods or similar manufacturing industry experience in Asia.
· Strong attention to detail, comfort with data analytics and presentation tools such as Excel, Smartsheets, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Powerpoint.
· Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, visually engaging, and compelling manner to a variety of audiences.
· Ability to exercise agility and prioritization in the face of constant change.
· Passion for building deep relationships with supply chain partners, exercising influence and collaborating on continuous improvement.
· Familiarity with industry standard social and environmental frameworks and tools such as SEDEX, SMETA 2/4P audits, WRAP certification, Worldly/Fair Factories Clearinghouse (FFC).
· Experience managing social compliance/responsible sourcing/sustainability programs with manufacturing partners, preferably at a global Consumer Products company.
· Motivated self-starter with a desire to support a growing global supply chain within a growing global brand.
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
