Prepare tax computations, handle tax returns filing, ensure timely tax payments, support audits, perform reconciliations, and manage tax-related projects.
Responsibilities :
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the tax computations and handle filing of tax returns for the assigned entities in the Americas
- Ensure prompt filing and payment of taxes handled for Americas
- Provide the requirements of tax auditors and/or tax consultants for ongoing tax audit and other tax-related work.
- Prepare the balance sheet reconciliations and tax rollforward analysis for assigned tax accounts
- Perform month-end close activities for assigned tax accounts
- Handle tax-related projects, perform system testing for changes in tax set-up
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Experience in taxation is required
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to deliver according to established/committed deadlines
- Exposed to conducting financial reviews and dealing with people across all levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Keen to details
- Work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under heavy time pressure
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to work in Cebu City
- Can start immediately
