AI Specialist
You will be tasked with resolving high-level trust and safety cases by applying new and developing policy guidelines. You will be a decision maker on complex cases, reasoning out and assessing practical solutions. You will have the ability to follow complex policies, test and analyse their application, and think critically about the implementation and development of new guidelines.
You will also work on testing new AI model features, training the AI to respond appropriately to user input, testing for vulnerability in response generation, and improving the AI interaction style for various contexts.

Responsibilities:

Handling of high-level policy moderation and compliance cases

Critical analysis of policy application to find the best case outcome

Effectively propose solutions, demonstrating a proactive mindset

Identify correct risk treatment based on processes and risk level, documenting and escalating where needed

AI model Supervised Learning - categorize, assess, and label user-generated prompts to refine model outputs

Rewrite machine-generated text to comply with policy

RLHF output labeling - evaluate and rate prompt-generation pairs

A/B testing - compare the output from different models

Adversarial testing - red teaming to identify undesired behavior, biases, and jailbreaks

Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross functional teams

Contribute to the advancement of the team's processes, efficiencies and best practices

Collaborate on client projects and new business opportunities
Role Requirements:
